Question:

Can I still register after online registration is closed?  Is there a Waiting List?

Answer:

The event is sold out when registration is closed. You can be placed on a Waiting List by emailing Ken Weine at (kweine@jvppartners.com). Include your Name, Title, Company Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number.

You will be contacted by December 5th if there is a cancellation that allows you to register.

Question:

I registered, but now cannot attend, should I cancel my reservation?

Answer:

Yes, please cancel the reservation, as this will allow someone on the Waiting List to attend. Email your Name, and Confirmation Number to Ken Weine (kweine@jvppartners.com) .

Question:

How many individuals from the same Company are allowed to attend?

Answer:

We are only able to accommodate 12 individuals from the same company, due to space constraints. We will email you if you register and we determine that 12 co-workers have already registered, as your registration will not be processed.

You can take the place of a registered co-worker if they are no longer able to attend. Please email Ken Weine at (kweine@jvppartners.com) and cc the person you are replacing. Include your Name, Title, Company Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number.

Question:

How do I receive CLE/CPE Continuing Education Credit for attending the Forum?

Answer:

You must pre-register by November 18, 2011. Continuing Education Credit will be approved for CLE (IL, OH), CPA CPE (IL), SOFE, and IAIR. (Illinois CLE is approved, others are currently applied for).

You will need to determine on your own how to obtain Continuing Education Credit for accreditations/states where the Forum is not already approved. Your state may have reciprocity with Illinois or Ohio.

Also, you must sign-in and sign-out at the Forum. The sign-in/out forms are conveniently located on the tables near the front entrance. We are now required to submit only original signatures for attendance, and will no longer be able to accept an email stating your hours or sign-in/out time.

You will need to submit your information on your own, if you forget to sign-in/out.

CLE eligibility will be based on 60 minutes of instruction for one hour of credit, and does not include keynote speeches, opening and closing remarks, breaks, and meals.

CPE, SOFE and IAIR accreditations will be based on 50 minutes of instruction for one hour of credit, and do not include breaks or meals.

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed within two months.

Question:

Answer:
